A specialist organisation for radiologists and other medical and allied healthcare professionals with an interest in breast imaging.
The aims of the BSBR are to foster interest in breast imaging, to support education of breast imaging professionals and to promote research related to the speciality. As a Specialist Interest Group (SIG) of the Royal College of Radiologists, the Society also has a role in developing national guidance and providing advice on professional matters such as workforce planning.
