National Home Swap Scheme House Exchange recently launched their new website.
House Exchange started in 2004 with just 3 landlords, Circle Anglia, Norwich City Council and Great Yarmouth Borough Council. There are now around 200 landlords involved in the scheme.
Norwich web design company 101 have worked with Circle Anglia since the start of House Exchange to provide a soultion which provides landlords with important statistical data from those registering with the website and a solution to tenants which helps them to find a move.
House Exchange is simple in appearance and is easy to use but behind the scenes is quite complex, offering a variety of search facilities incluing a 3-way exchange search to tenants and a full reporting suite and indepth matching tools for landlords.

House Exchange also uses Email Marketing tool Smart Messenger to send their email newsletters and alerts to both tenants and landlords.
