We have recently increased the security on our mail server and some users may experience problems sending email. You may receieve an error message saying 'We do not relay...'.
If you experience this problem then you will need to enable oubound authentication in your email client.
In Outlook, for example, you would view / change your account settings, click 'More Settings', go to the Outbound Server tab and check the box that says: 'My outgoing server requires authentication'. Once you have checked this box, some more options will become available and you should ensure that 'Use same settings as my Incoming server' is selected.
