FAQs

It says my username/password is incorrect, what can I do?
You can check your password is correct by logging into our web mail at https://mail.101ltd.com/webmail, if it logs you in then your credentials are correct, if not, please give us a call at 01603 858 250, we'll be happy to help.

It says the settings are incorrect.
Verify that the mail server is set to mail.101ltd.com and that you have used your full email address as your username.
